You cannot pierce the same spot.
Not because it will hurt more, it’s because thats how you get keliods.
Seriously, I would not repierce it.
But if you are dumb and feel that you must, then you need to pierce it in a different spot.

You can repierce scar tissue fine, as long as its healed enough and has softened. You don’t get keloids from piercing scars. Keloids are a genetic thing, and can happen from any scar. You’d know if you had keloid skin.
People often confuse keloids with hypertropic scarring, and thats just from irritation, either trauma, bad placement or inappropriate jewellery. They aren’t much of a problem, and do go away. Keloids don’t.
